Introduction

Icfai
Business School Dehradun commenced teaching in 2004. It is located in the
neighborhood of Indiranagar/Vasant Vihar, in close proximity to
landmark institutions of Dehradun such as the Forest Research
Institute of India and the Indian Military Academy. It is housed
in newly constructed building of 16,000 sq ft with modern
amenities and high quality interior work. The school is fully
air-conditioned and well maintained, with a touch of greenery. |

Rooms: Icfai Business School Dehradun has classrooms well equipped with computers,
LCD and overhead projection systems and internet connections.

Computer
Lab: A full fledged computer lab is available for students with
24-hour internet access through a 512 kbps leased line. A Wi-Fi
network is also available for wireless internet access for the
students through their laptops.

Library:
The library of Icfai Business School Dehradun has around 4,500 books, and new
publications are added every month.

Language
Lab: A full fledged language lab with Acenet 5.1 (Language Lab
Software) is available for the students.

Auditorium:
An auditorium with a seating capacity of 120 is available for
conducting events and functions.

Cafeteria:
The campus has a rooftop cafeteria that provides a beautiful view of
the Himalaya & Shivalik range.

Recreation
Facilities: The students can take a break from studies and relax
playing indoor/outdoor games like Table Tennis, Carom, Chess and
Badminton.

Activities:
-
The
Class of 2007 and the Class of 2008 went for a picnic to picturesque
Bhatta falls, about 30 kms from the city on the Dehradun - Mussorie
road, in June 2006. The picnic was a wonderful opportunity for the
students to familiarize themselves with each other before the formal
inaugural function of the new batch.
-
The
Inaugural Function for the Class of 2008 was held in July 2006.
Members from the industry, press and other dignitaries were present
during the occasion.
-
The
Fresher Party was thrown by the Class of 2007 for the Class of 2008
in July 2006.
-
In
keeping with spirit of service, a blood donation camp was organized
by Icfai Business School Dehradun in August 2006. 182 units of blood were donated.
MDP/Seminars/Conferences
A
two-day workshop on case writing was organized by Icfai Business School
Dehradun. A total
of 17 Faculty Members from Icfai Business School Dehradun, IBS®
Chandigarh, IBS® Jaipur and
IBS® Indore participated in the workshop.
